International Nurses Day was celebrated on 12th May 2018. HCI celebrated this day by arranging a community awareness program at Kannankare- Thannermukkam, Alappuzha (District). The ceremony was inaugurated by Father.Reji Kochuprambil of St. Xaviers church, Kannankara. This was followed by a demonstration of first aid management for common health issues like cardiac arrest, seizure, accidents, snake bite etc.
